New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled in original packaging, and unused condition), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items. NO RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN WORN, SOILED, OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY. Please use the size charts to insure you are ordering the correct size. We do understand that even with the charts, people sometimes still need to exchange, but, we can ONLY EXCHANGE items that are returned in NEW condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping at own cost unless we shipped you the wrong item. We must receive returned item within 10 days from issuance of RMA number. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If item is with free shipping, actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. A 15% restocking fee up to $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
To return any merchandise, customer needs to e-mail us requesting a return authorization number. Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., USPS., or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
